Casey Hickman, COO of UtahRealEstate.com, was recently interviewed by Greg Sax, Head of Communications at the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), to discuss how UtahRealEstate.com has worked with RESO to pave the trail for data standards across the MLS industry, being at the forefront of best practices for data distribution.
Hickman also answers some questions about “UtahRealEstate.com” as a brand, and how being “a fiercely independent MLS” can create innovation from within a company. “Since our core MLS system is developed in-house,” Hickman states, “we always have something in the pipeline, something to be tested, something coming soon.”
Due to this business philosophy and the hard work of the company’s leadership and staff, UtahRealEstate.com’s website is proud to receive “between 6 to 8 million unique visitors per year,” adding to the success of the MLS that services all of Utah and its surrounding areas.
