UtahRealEstate.com’s (“URE”) MLS platform steps into the future with its new partnership with Restb.ai, the leading image recognition AI software in the real estate industry, to provide computer vision solutions to its listing software.

“Restb.ai has a number of intelligent products that allow us to move into the future,” said Brad Bjelke, CEO of UtahRealEstate.com. “What was once science fiction is now becoming reality as our MLS will have the ability to “read” photos and recognize the room type, the materials used in the construction, and the types of appliances and objects presented. UtahRealEstate.com had a very successful open house on October 20th in St. George to meet with our more than 500+ members in the area. We showcased our products, met with brokers and agents, and showed off the power of the URE platform and our services.
